1. Necessary cookies
The login (session) cookie keeps you signed in and ties a request to your account; without it login is not possible, and it lasts until you log out or the session expires. A short-lived value protects forms against submission from another site. These cookies are essential for the service, so no consent is asked for them.
2. Public-page visit measurement
tz_utm remembers where you came from (a campaign source or the external site you clicked from), so we know which channels bring users; it lasts 30 days, is written only on your first visit and holds no personal data. tz_sid is not a cookie but a value in the browser tab's sessionStorage, a random number that links views within one visit and is cleared when you close the tab. Measurement runs on our own infrastructure; data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
3. Google Analytics (consent only, public site only)
On the public site tezgafiskal.com, if you consent in the banner at the bottom of the page, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) loads and sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (up to 2 years), recording which pages you visit, from which device and source, with a shortened IP address. Until you consent it runs in Consent Mode, setting no cookies and identifying no visitor. Your choice is stored in the tz_ga cookie (365 days), and the app and admin never load Google Analytics.
4. How to delete them
You can delete or block all cookies in your browser settings, usually under privacy and site data. If you block the necessary cookies, logging in to Tezga will not work.
5. Changes
Any new third-party tool that sets cookies enters this policy before it is introduced and asks for your consent before setting cookies, as Google Analytics did in version 1.1. Each version of this document carries a version mark and effective date.
