Do I need a fiscal register?
A few short questions about who and where you sell to. At the end you get an answer: you need a fiscal register, you need only an e-invoice via SEF, or you should check an exemption. Your answers stay in your browser.
Question 1 of 3
Where the rules come from
The fiscal part of the answer uses the same rules as the Fiscalization guide: the Law on Fiscalization and the Regulation on activities without the obligation to record retail turnover through an electronic fiscal device. The e-invoice part relies on the Law on Electronic Invoicing.
This is not tax advice. When the answer depends on the exact business, the questionnaire says “check” instead of guessing. Your accountant gives the final assessment, and the Tax Administration if needed.

This Tezga does on its own
Fiscal receipts and e-invoices in one account
Tezga is a fiscal register approved by the Tax Administration (ESIR, IB 1597) and, in the same account, sends e-invoices to SEF. When you start selling to both citizens and companies, you do not change the program.
