iPhone, in Safari

- 2Tap the Share button (a square with an arrow pointing up).
- 3Choose Add to Home Screen.
- 4Confirm with Add. The Tezga icon is on your screen.
Android, in Chrome
- 1Open pos.narbiz.com/prijava in Chrome.
- 2Tap the menu (three dots) in the top right corner.

- 4Confirm. Tezga opens as a separate app.
On a computer (Chrome or Edge) Tezga is installed through the install icon in the address bar. In the app itself, the same instructions are under the Install app button.
What works on which phone
Issuing receipts
Android: Works.
iPhone: Works.
Scanning barcodes
Android: With the phone camera.
iPhone: The camera does not work (Safari does not support it); use a Bluetooth scanner or manual entry.
Printing receipts
Android: To a Bluetooth or network printer, through the RawBT app or the manufacturer's print service.
iPhone: Only on AirPrint printers.
Paperless receipt
Android: To the customer by email or link, with a QR code for verification.
iPhone: To the customer by email or link, with a QR code for verification.
The phone is a backup register and a register for the field: it is enough for issuing receipts, sending a receipt to the customer and reviewing turnover. For a whole working day at the counter, a tablet or a computer is better.
A printer over Bluetooth
Tezga makes the receipt as a PDF in the 80 mm strip width. On an Android phone that PDF is sent to a Bluetooth printer by the RawBT app or the printer manufacturer's print service; Tezga does not drive the printer itself, so it works with any model your phone can already print to.

Does Tezga have a phone app?
Tezga runs in the browser and is added to the phone's home screen, so it opens like an app, with its own icon. You do not need to look for it in an app store: open pos.narbiz.com/prijava and add it to the home screen.
Does Tezga work on the phone without internet?
Not through V-PFR, because the receipt is fiscalized on the Tax Administration's side at the moment it is issued. That applies to the app on the home screen too. Mobile data on the phone is enough, so Tezga works at the market, in the field and on delivery.
Can I print a receipt from the phone?
You can. Tezga makes the receipt as a PDF in the 80 mm strip width. On Android it is sent to a Bluetooth or network printer by the RawBT app or the manufacturer's print service, and an iPhone prints only on AirPrint printers. The list of models is on the Hardware page.
Can I use the same account on the phone and the computer?
You can. The same account works on the phone, tablet and computer at the same time, so turnover from the field and from the shop is in one place.
